Luke and Phil talk about how solving the the customer's problem is the most important aspect of any project and the technology is a means to and end, it's for this reason that HubSpot works in so many situation, it's flexibility and user friendliness means partners can focus on delivering on the 'big picture' of what the customer is trying to fix in their business.
